<p>These terms govern your use of purelyyours.uk and any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.</p>

<h3>2. These terms and your legal rights</h3>
<p>Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where any term conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.</p>
<h3>3. Placing an order</h3>
<p>Our website is an invitation to treat, not an offer. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an order acknowledgement email — this confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract.</p>
<p><strong>A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.</strong> If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your address, or there was a pricing error — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.</p>
<p>You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.</p>
<h3>4. Prices and payment</h3>
<p>All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and <strong>include UK VAT</strong> at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay — see our Shipping Policy.</p>
<p>We take payment at the point of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.</p>
<p>We take care to price our products correctly, but errors occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full. We will not be obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price where the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing.</p>
<h3>5. Products, images and descriptions</h3>
<p>We take care to describe our products accurately. Images are for illustration; packaging, colour and label design may vary from the images shown, and we may change formulations, pack sizes or suppliers from time to time. Always read the label and the information supplied with the product before use.</p>
<p>Product availability is not guaranteed and stock levels shown on the site may change.</p>
<h3>6. Important information about our products</h3>
<p>Our products are <strong>food supplements and cosmetic or wellness preparations. They are not medicines.</strong> They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.</p>
<p>Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of young children.</p>
<p>Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before using our products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, have a diagnosed medical condition, or are due to have surgery. Check the ingredients list if you have any allergies. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop using the product and seek medical advice.</p>
<p>Any traditional or general wellness information on our website, blog or social media is provided for general interest only and is not personalised medical advice.</p>
<h3>7. Delivery, cancellation and returns</h3>
<p>Delivery is covered by our <strong>Shipping Policy</strong>, and your cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our <strong>Refund Policy</strong>. Both form part of these terms.</p>
<h3>8. Your account</h3>
<p>If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at purelyyoursuk@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.</p>
<h3>9. Acceptable use</h3>
<p>You agree not to use our website to do anything unlawful; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; to introduce malicious code; to scrape or copy our content systematically; or to place orders fraudulently or for resale without our written agreement.</p>
<h3>10. Reviews and content you submit</h3>
<p>If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. We may decline to publish, or remove, content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or that makes medicinal claims about our products.</p>
<h3>11. Intellectual property</h3>
<p>All content on this website — including text, images, logos, branding and product descriptions — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.</p>
<h3>12. Our liability to you</h3>
<p>We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your statutory rights in relation to the goods.</p>
<p>Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses — we supply products for domestic and private use, and we have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.</p>
<h3>13. Events outside our control</h3>
<p>We are not liable for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, extreme weather, industrial action, failure of public networks, or acts of government. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and you may cancel and receive a refund for goods not delivered.</p>
<h3>14. Changes to these terms</h3>
<p>We may change these terms from time to time. The version published on this website when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.</p>
<h3>15. Complaints</h3>
<p>If something has gone wrong, please contact us first at purelyyoursuk@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot, you can seek free advice from Citizens Advice at <a href="https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk">citizensadvice.org.uk</a> or on 0808 223 1133.</p>
<h3>16. Governing law</h3>
<p>These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland, and if you live in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.</p>
