Some of our service providers and members of our team are located outside the United Kingdom, including in India and the United States. Where your personal data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by an appropriate safeguard — normally UK adequacy regulations, or the International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details of the safeguard used for any particular transfer.

8. Marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing purelyyoursuk@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages such as order and dispatch confirmations.

9. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the store — for example to remember your basket and keep you signed in. These do not require consent. We also use analytics and marketing cookies, which we set only where you have consented through our cookie banner.
